ALIMATIC S.L has emerged in 1987, as a result of a strategic business change. We evolved from a marketing and representation company, to a central convey systems manufacturer with our own designs in equipment, handling plastic facilities and industrial plastics processing plants.
We are a company formed by a team of more than 50 young and dynamic employees who are spread between our various facilities; Spain, France, Brazil and Mexico, and with different professional specialties.
Our engineering projects, include from the reception of plastic materials, storage silos, pneumatic transport, volumetric and gravimetric dispensers, dryers and dehumidifiers, to the feeding of any plastic transformation machine.
Our best guarantee is the loyalty of many of our customers, who have been with us since the beginning of our company, and the consolidation of their trust in our Alimatic solutions.

Our proven industrial experience for more than 35 years in automatic handling systems and the adoption of new processes and technologies provided by Industry 4.0, has led us to design and implement this new software adapted to our customer’s needs.
This new solution is based on data analysis, Internet of Things (IoT) and EDGE Computing. It offers modular, intelligent and scalable solutions that provide useful information in real time. Our systems collect and analyze data from different sources to identify areas for improvement, from a production order until the delivery. Data is collected and processed in a user-friendly way and it reflects all process. It is able to obtain information and control over the dosage, conditioning and transport of materials in manufacturing environments and plastic recycling.
ALIMATIC is a family company based in Barcelona. And what we produce is vacuum conveying systems for all the plastic transformers. That was started in 1987, so roughly 32 years old, or 33 years old now. We are based on our Spanish market plus France, Portugal, and then we have a small base in Brazil and in Mexico right now.
